International Shipping Charges: The shopping cart total will not show international shipping charges which will be added to the order when it is processed. The additional shipping charge will be confirmed by a 'PayPal Request for Funds' follow up email - please pay this immediately for your order to be processed without delay.

In Person Ordering: IF you prefer to place your order by phone, you can do so by phoning (604) 936 5463 from 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

Currency Conversion: If you are shopping from outside of Canada, PayPal/ your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Delivery Schedule:  We will normally dispatch your order to you in 1-2 business days, and delivery is normally made within 7 business days, but may differ depending on your distance from a major center.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy:  In the unlikely event any item is received in a defective condition we will gladly replace or refund the item. Returns are rarely accepted, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
