Labels list in bold print, the name of the Product.
The form the item takes, whether capsule, tablet, liquid, bulk powder... The amount provided per bottle .Next, the label will indicate an exclamation mark ! if we are aware of any warning listed either in the NSP Fact Sheets, or in the Tree of Light publication: Nature's Sunshine Products. Until you are familiar with the products and their action, it is always best to check reference materials which will indicate if certain herbs are of concern in situations of pregnancy, high or low blood pressure, high or low blood sugar, for example.
